2020-21

A printed invoice must be included with each mailed payment.
Invoices are generated from within the sponsoring teacher’s Festival Scores account.

Audition Fee
— An non-refundable audition fee is due for each audition.
— Please send one check payable to Kansas Music Educators Association for all students from your school.
— All payments must be received (or postmarked) by the deadline date.
— All invoices are available inside the audition management system.
A printed invoice must be included with each mailed payment.

Audition Fee Postmark Schedule
— If postmarked up through Nov. 3, 2020 – $7.00 per audition
— If postmarked Nov. 4 thru Nov. 10, 2020 – $20.00 per audition
— Singers whose audition fees are not paid in full and postmarked by Nov. 10, 2020 will be disqualified.

The sponsoring teacher is advised to confirm the postmark on their fee payment if someone other than the teacher is posting the payment.

Participation Fee
— Cost of participation is $55.00 per student, which covers cost of the T-shirt, lunch, practice tracks, and participation.
— All invoices are available inside the audition management system.
A printed invoice must be included with each mailed payment.

If paying by card, payments for both Auditions and Participation may be submitted via PayPal from within the sponsoring teacher’s Festival Scores account.

If paying by check, send ONE school check covering all fees payable to Kansas Music Educators Association. Label your payment as either Middle Level Choir Audition or Middle Level Choir Participation. Send to:

KMEA will register each payment after it is processed. A payment receipt will be available within the sponsoring teacher’s Festival Scores account.
