Invoices are generated from within the sponsoring teacher’s Festival Scores account.
Audition Fee
— An non-refundable audition fee of $10 is due for each audition.
— If paying by check, please send one check payable to Kansas Music Educators Association for all students from your school.
— Invoice is available inside the audition management system.
— A printed invoice must be included with each mailed payment.
Participation Fee
— Cost of participation is $65 per student, which covers cost of the T-shirt, lunch, practice tracks, and participation.
— All invoices are available inside the audition management system.

Fee Schedule
— Dec. 2, 2024 – Audition fees due – $10 per audition
— Dec. 9, 2023 – Audition fee disqualification deadline. Auditions unpaid by this date will be disqualified.
— Feb. 1, 2025 – Participation Fee must be in KMEA’s hands – $65 per student
Fee Policy
— The Participation Fee is required for each student named to the roster.
— Students who withdraw will still incur the Participation Fee.
— Alternates who are added to the roster will be charged the regular Participation Fee.
— Schools will not be allowed to register students if they carry an outstanding balance from the previous year.
* Exceptions must be approved by the KMEA Executive Council.
If paying by check, send ONE school check covering all fees payable to Kansas Music Educators Association. Label your payment as either Elementary Choir Audition or Elementary Choir Participation. Send to:
