The Instrumental Audition Application Worksheet may be used for the following purposes:
- Students may use the worksheet to provide information to their teacher. The teacher then creates registration entries online.
- The worksheet must be used for On-Site Registration at Live Auditions. “Online registration” is not available after the $52 deadline.
- The worksheet cannot be used to qualify for the $12, $32, or $52 fee per audition.
