The KMEA Executive Board meets in Wichita three times a year, normally the first weekend in June and late summer in Wichita, and during the In-Service Workshop in February held at the Hyatt/Century II Convention Center. The Executive Board (voting members) consists of the KMEA President, Vice-President, President-Elect, NAfME Collegiate President, and the seven District Presidents.
