Lori Supinie Scholarship Application 2023-24

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

The Lori Supinie Scholarship is a $500 cash award for students who have graduated with a music education degree and who are starting their first teaching job. The funds are intended to help students with personal expenses after college graduation and before receiving their first paycheck as a school music educator. Applicants will apply for the scholarship before graduation and will be awarded the scholarship funds when they demonstrate college graduation and have signed a contract for their first teaching position.

The deadline for application is February 1, 2024, and the student will be named during the C-NAfME Luncheon at the In-Service Workshop following the application deadline. Along with the printed application form, submit an essay of no more than 500 words describing why you wish to be a music educator.
