Fees

2018-19

A printed invoice must be included with each mailed payment.
Invoices are generated from within the sponsoring teacher’s Festival Scores account.

Audition Fee
— An non-refundable audition fee is due for each audition.
— Please make one check (or one purchase order) payable to KMEA for all the students from your school.
— If a PO must be used, be sure that your school has all fees paid by deadline date.
— Send audition fees by the established postmark deadlines.
— All invoices are available inside the audition management system.

Audition Fee Postmark Schedule
— If postmarked up through Nov. 26, 2018 – $6.00 per audition
— If postmarked Nov. 27 thru Dec. 3, 2018 – $20.00 per audition
— Singers whose audition fees are not paid in full and postmarked by Dec. 3, 2018 will be disqualified.

The sponsoring teacher is advised to confirm the postmark on their fee payment if someone other than the teacher is posting the payment.

Participation Fee
— Cost of participation is $55.00 per student, which covers cost of the T-shirt, lunch, training CD, and participation.
— All invoices are available inside the audition management system.

If paying by check, send one school check made out to Kansas Music Educators Association. Label your payment as either Elementary Choir Audition or Elementary Choir Participation.

If paying by card, payments for both Auditions and Participation may be submitted via PayPal from within the sponsoring teacher’s Festival Scores account.
